Twelve Acres

Twelve Acres is a full service banquet facility, nestled on twelve acres of private land in Smithfield, Rhode
Island. Their facility can accommodate parties from 40 to 450 guests. They specialize in weddings, corporate events and meetings, social gatherings, school and organizational events, holiday parties and bereavements.

 

Their open-air outdoor Pavilion includes everything you need for a great outdoor event. The outdoor space offers bocce, horseshoes, volleyball and a large field for any other outdoor activities. Enjoy a full service New England Style Clambake, Pig Roast or BBQ on our spacious outdoor Pavilion.

 

Twelve Acres is conveniently located ten minutes from Providence, RI and can be easily accessed from both Routes 295 and 146. 

 

The facility offers three indoor rooms to host your special event. The Grand Ballroom, The Willow Room and The Patio Room can accommodate between 35 – 300 guests.

For over thirty years, Twelve Acres has provided guests with quality food, affordable prices, experienced event planners and friendly service. Our setting, amenities and culinary expertise provide everything you need for a perfect day in a comfortable, relaxed atmosphere for a wedding reception, company outing or any social or business event. For more than a century The Towers has served as a prized location for weddings, receptions, engagements, anniversaries, birthdays, bar mitzvahs, commencements, proms and other special occasions.

The Towers provides a full-suite of amenities including a prep-kitchen, caterer’s pad and bride’s room. Our adjacent brick-laid patio with a centerpiece water fountain is also available for events and a wonderful location for a cocktail hour or the like.

Our Great Hall offers turn-of-the-century elegance complete with sweeping views of the ocean, hardwood floors and space to seat a maximum of 160 people. We recommend 35 to 120 for sit-down events or up to 250 for cocktail events.

The wrap around covered deck gives you and your guests the opportunity to host your event both inside and outside. Additionally, the property is ADA compliant and has restrooms attached to the property. Five Bridge Inn

Five Bridge Inn was a family homestead turned into a Bed & Breakfast after Ann & Harold, the owners, became empty nesters. Guests in the beginning were mostly those visiting the many local colleges and area attractions. It wasn't long before a frequent guest asked to use the big front lawn for their daughter's wedding. Since that day the ever-increasing demand has led the transformation of Five Bridge Inn from a summer tent venue into a year-round full service facility with two beautiful barns and a bevy of complimentary outbuildings...earning it a stellar reputation in the industry.

From mid-April through mid-September (and Fridays through October), we offer the option to privately rent the grounds. The Hyland Orchard Wedding includes the Hilltop Ceremony, Pavilion, lawn and grounds. The private Pavilion rental includes the Pavilion & Lawn.

We offer a welcome, relaxed and beautifully natural atmosphere. We are located in the quaint village of Fiskdale in Sturbridge, Massachusetts. We are a one-of-a-kind venue offering a unique outdoor setting for an Orchard wedding. The Ceremony area sits atop the Orchard and the Reception takes place in the Pavilion (with sliding walls). The Hyland Orchard Wedding may be purchased in basic form, for a more DIY wedding experience, or become more of a full-service experience by hiring Design by Doe for Coordination, florals and decor rentals. Whether you decide to handle all your details, or bring on DbD, Hyland Orchard is a magical spot for an epic Orchard wedding!

We offer a private Pavilion rental which includes private use of the Pavilion and Lawn. Rentals are available Monday through Wednesday and then Friday through Sunday.

Aldrich Mansion

The Mansion can accommodate 230 guests, with The Aldrich and Ivory dining rooms holding 100 people each, with an additional 30 people on the adjoining enclosed porch.

Our Tech

We have Tech! Our banquet rooms are outfitted with modern A/V. We have A/V staff that can be solely dedicated to you both in your planning process and setting up the event’s A/V needs. Large screens, ceiling projectors, lighting, broadcast equipment, advanced wifi and wireless microphones are just some of the options we have on hand.

Our Space

We have a building seating capacity of over 2,000 guests, distributed amongst 8 rooms. We boast a gorgeous lobby and pristine bathrooms with contactless fixtures. We are a great fit for large meetings, conferences and multi-day conventions.

Crook Point Brewing Co.

Purchased in 2019 but originally built in the late 1930’s-40 as a hammer factory, the space has had many uses throughout the years. Upon entering the brewery foyer you will be struck with examples of reclaimed materials from the original building. What was once a large machine shop full of industrial equipment has been transformed into a Common Area that still incorporates the concrete milling pedestals, barnboard service bar, and reclaimed maple accents. Guests can choose to enjoy the Tap Room overlooking the brewhouse or the more tranquil water view spaces. From the pine walls to the beamed ceilings and hardwood floors our event space will have you feeling right at home. The Riverside Room overlooking the Seekonk River, Crook Point Bridge and Red Bridge provides a 180* view of the East Side. The larger abutting space is the Rumford Room which is a part of the original hammer factory. The most recent use was as a print and design shop and you can still see original acrylic paint stains on the hardwood floor. The Rumford room also has a large deck with integrated seating to enhance your outdoor experience. The perfect spot for a private party or bridal shower!
